I don't understand why every time I go into this store I have a less than desirable experience - oh wait, I do, it's the people. Not only do they act rude to their customers, they don't seem to give a damn about helping anyone.Case in point - today (June 16th) I went in to get an alternator tested. Steve first questioned why my pulley on the alternator looked like it did (extended). I told him it's factory on Saabs, and he said he'd never seen one. He proceeded to look up the part numbers on the part system and wrote them down. Then, reluctantly went over to the testing machine, and entered the part numbers he just wrote down, incorrectly - multiple times, and when questioned why he entered a O instead of a 0, got on me because "it shouldn't make any difference" uh huh... sure... Needless to say, instead of using any problem solving skills what so ever (LOOK AT MY ALTERNATOR PART NUMBER ON THE CASE) he said I can't test it. And acted like it was my problem.I will never go here again for parts or service. The employees know absolutely nothing, have no problem solving skills, are rude, and simply don't care.
