The employees here are clueless, I called looking for an ignition control module. I wait on hold for ten minutes and once they finally answer the guy takes another ten minutes before saying they don't sell those.. I'm guessing advance auto parts is the only store in Des Moines that doesn't carry this part? I have also called before looking for carrier housing bolts for a ford 9 inch only to have the clueless employee ask what a ford 9inch is. Feedback: Hire more competent employees, maybe people who have actually worked on vehicles before?
